How To Upgrade Wordpress Blog

Most of the times people who are not tech experts, don't try to upgrade their wordpress blog.As most of the times there is not any apparent matter of concern in this regard.The main reasons why bloggers usually skip this part is:-

- Its not shown anywhere on actual blog that you should upgrade it.
- People don't actually know the procedure( That is why this post is provided).
- The fear of crashing the entire blog.
- people think upgrading is also done automatically.

There can be many other reasons , but it is not anyway good. The upgradation of wordpress blog is recommended because of many reasons :-

- New features are provided in new versions which will help you.
- The security flaws are removed.
- Again...SECURITY , because it is the most crucial reason for any portal on the internet.

So, i don't take much of your time and provide you a quick guide on how you can upgrade your blog.

If you are using a web server which provides fantastico support, then it will be quite easy task. Just go to you
administrative panel and find the button for automated upgradation. But if yor server do not provides fantastico then
you have to download the upgraded version from wordpress website. Extract the files from it and upload the files. This
process is similar to what you did while intalling wordpress.Then go to youe admin panel and follow on screen
procedure. The database upgradation will also be required, but it is also completed within it. If you are using any recent
version of wordpress, then check your admin panel for any button which says "upgrade wordpress".Then the upgrading will be
done itself.
